Slice Beer Co

The Slice Story is a simple one.  Slice Beer Co. is a true partnership of two beer enthusiasts seeking to control their own destiny and own a “slice” of the future of craft beer.

Head Brewer and proprietor, Zack Frasher, a well-respected brewer known for hoppy, eclectic and award-winning beers, started as a homebrewer and quickly gained notoriety on a professional level. Along the way, he met fellow proprietor and CEO Russ Yeager, co-owner and Marketing Director of Old Town Pizza and the two formed a true brew bond. Russ brought craft beer culture to OTP – their Roseville location is a now a highly-respected destination. Together, the two are excited to be part of the community and to focus on making great beer.

The brewery is packed into an 1,100 square foot production space, a 10 BBL brewhouse with six 20 BBL fermentors.

The 500 sq ft tasting room, seats 32. Two televisions, a roll-up door and small patio area for light, fresh air, and intimate atmosphere. 

High-quality ingredients and soft local water lay the foundation for creating exciting beers. Hop-forward beers take center stage, in addition to stout, with classic styles rounding out our lineup. Small batches and hands-on attention guarantee freshness with each pour.
