General Information
There are two divisions for the contest: Backyard and Master Series. Backyard competitors will compete with chicken and ribs, while Master competitors will compete with chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket. Both divisions are eligible to compete in the People’s Choice competition, which is free to participate in for teams competing in one of the two divisions.
Thursday:

9:00am- Meat inspection begins
10:00am-4:00pm- Knife sharpening available
5:00 pm- Cooks meeting
6:00pm – 8:00pm Slider Cook off with bourbon and cigar tasting
Saturday:
12:00- Chicken Turn in (master and backyard)
12:30 Rib Turn in (master and backyard)
1:00 Pork Turn in
1:30 Brisket Turn in
4:00 Awards
