The event will be free to attend and open to the public. Tasting glasses will be available for purchase.
Only the first 85 beers registered will be able to compete.
Maximum of 3 entries of differing sub-styles (No using the same beer in multiple categories).
Event Schedule:
11 am – Taproom Opens
11:00-5:00pm- Judging
12:00pm – 6:00pm – Food served
2:00pm – 4:00pm – People’s Choice Sampling and Judging
4:30pm – 6:30pm – Music by Steve Keeley
7:00pm – Best of Show Round and Awards Presentation

*Entries should be dropped off at H.H.HINDER Brewing Company during normal business hours: Wednesday: 3pm – 9pm; Thursday: 3pm – 10pm; Friday + Saturday: 12pm – 10pm; Sunday: 11am – 6pm
Per Entry Fee – $15.00
Medals will be given to the winners of each category, to the top 3 winners in the Best of Show round, and the People’s Choice winner.
Best of Show Winner: Ramp-Up Opportunity – The winner of the competition will be given the opportunity to have their beer ramped up on HINDER’s state-of-the-art brewing system and have their beer offered for sale in the brewery.
People’s Choice: Bring extra samples of the beer(s) you’ve entered into the HEAD BUTT competition to put yourself in the running for the People’s Choice Award — a $100 gift card for H.H. HINDER! This award will be voted on by the fine patrons of H.H. HINDER.
