General Mills Foodservice Presents: The Biskies™ Recipe Contest. Does your biscuit menu item get rave reviews? Submit a photo of your biscuit recipe to our easy-to-enter competition, The Biskies™ Recipe Contest, to be judged for a chance to win big!
Limit: One (1) Entry per person per category throughout the Contest Period for a total of three (3) Entries per person. Any additional Entries received from any person or email account beyond the first three (3) Entries received will be void and will be disqualified. Limit one (1) prize per Entry/Restaurant.
Judging Criteria
– Originality (25%)
– Foodservice Viability (25%)
– Creativity of Recipe (25%)
– How well the recipe incorporates the Pillsbury biscuit product (25%)
If you submit one of the top biscuit creations, your restaurant has a chance to win.
– Grand Prize (1) – $20,000.00 (selected across all categories)
– Runner-up (3) – $5,000.00 (appetizer, entrée, and dessert categories)
