Competition – March 3, 2024 (12:00PM to 3:30PM)

This event is a huge hit for the entire family and includes a fun competition from over 15 chili teams, more than 30 amazing cars to vote on, Celebrity judges, performance by international singer song-writer John Arthur Martinez , a silent auction, zip lines for the kids, lasso fun for everyone and more!

There are no strict rules about what can or cannot be in your chili (including beans). Judging will be based on: color (brick red), authentic Texas flavor, and thickness (body). We will have local celebrity judges and a People’s Choice option for all participants.

Entry Information:
– Up to 16 Teams with 4 to 6 participants per team
– Entry Fee: $150 per team
– Teams must arrive by 10:30am to set up and start cooking
– Samples to be available by 1:00 pm (if you need more time you can arrive sooner)
– Judging/Prizes announced at 3 pm
