General Information
Young chefs under 30 years of age have the chance to register for the competition and share the signature dish that expresses their unique creativity and vision with the world.
The purpose of the venture is that of promoting access to the top–class catering industry for talented young chefs, by celebrating their talent, incentivizing their professional development and above all supporting their personal “vision” for the world of food – that could have a positive impact on society at large.

Fifteen (15) young chef finalists will gather in Milan for the Grand Finale event hosted by S.Pellegrino.
