ELIGIBILITY: To enter the “Sitka Seafood Market Recipe Contest” (the “Contest”), you must, at the time of entering, be a Sitka Seafood Market member.
The Sitka Seafood Market Annual Recipe Contest is back! We’re looking for your best and most beloved seafood recipes to share with your fellow seafood lovers.
Every recipe must be submitted with a list of ingredients and directions, along with a photo of the prepared dish and short note describing your inspiration.
Judging Criteria
– How well seafood is highlighted (30%)
– How innovative the dish is (25%)
– Taste (25%)
– Elegant simplicity / whether it is worth the effort (10%)
– Appearance (10%)
Grand Prize (1) – Free 12-month Premium Seafood Subscription, Seafood Subscription or Salmon Subscription plus an engraved skillet from Smithey Ironware.
Finalist Prize (12) – Fully paid box of seafood.
People’s Choice Prize (1) – Knife from Opinel.
The authors of all top five winning recipes will receive a box of Sitka Salmon Shares fish plus a few other goodies, and their recipes will be featured on the website.
