The weekend will consist of Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) professional BBQ cooking competition
Note: Sorry, but the BBQ cooked by the teams cannot be sold the general public during the competition.
Entry Fees
Per Team Entry Fee – $300.00 (Saturday Only)
Per Team Entry Fee – $45.00 (Friday Night Rib Burn)
Per Team Entry Fee – $30.00 (Ancillary Dessert)
