Competition – October 27-28, 2023
This is a State Championship.
Unloading begins Thursday October 26th at 4:00 P.M.
Team members with a wristband will have 24/7 access until Noon on Sunday at which point your equipment will be unattended.
Competition cooking begins Saturday morning October 28th and meat turn in is at 12:00 P.M. for Professional Division and 2:00 P.M. for Backyard Division.
