US-based chefs and culinary professionals: We’re launching a new cooking contest in partnership with meez, the recipe tool for culinary professionals.
The grand prize is $5,000 to use toward a wholesale food distributor or vendor of your choice, and there are more cash prizes for runners ups.
Fifty people will be selected to receive a free sample of The Award-Winning Cello Mascarpone by Schuman Cheese and use it to create an original dish.
Judging and Winner Announcement. Judges from Chef’s Roll and other industry experts will review entries and announce the winners on December 18th, 2023!
Grand Prize (1) – $5,000.00/Cash
Second Place (1) – $2,500.00/Cash
Third Place (1) – $1,000.00/Cash
