Chefs are invited to demonstrate their culinary skills and compete in the 5th Annual Chef Invitational for the title of California Giant Berry Farm’s Top Chef with an on-trend, berry forward main dish recipe.
Voting for People’s Choice winner only.
Announcement of the Top Chef Finalists and People’s Choice Winner – late May 2023.
This starts as a recipe contest, turning into a cooking competition.
People’s Choice (4) – Will travel to Watsonville, California June 26-28 to tour various California Giant berry fields, facilities, and experience varietal tastings, meal events and more.
Top Chef (1) – $1,000.00/Check and $1,000.00 donation to the charity of their choice.
People’s Choice – $500.00/Check and a donation of $500.00 to the charity of their choice.
