Competition – May 30-June 1, 2023
Do you make Australia’s Best Pie or Pastie?
The BAA will host 2023 Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition at the Baking Industry Trade Show.
Judges will be put to the test to establish during three days of competition, who has Australia’s Best Pie and Australia’s Best Pastie.
Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie competition is run by the National Body for industry – the Baking Association of Australia.
Our team of experienced and well respected judges take the time to judge every entry we receive!
All entries are judged as a cold entry, and then judged again and tasted as a hot entry – with your scores combining to help find Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $35.00/Per Class (Members)
Per Entry Fee – $45.00/Per Class (Non-Members)
Entry forms submitted after Friday 26th May will attract a $5 administration fee per entry.
Registered entries can be hand delivered to Wentworth Park Complex, Glebe on the following days:
Monday 29th May from 11am-4pm
Tuesday 30th May and Wednesday 31st May from 9am – 4pm
Thursday 1st June 8-10am
There will be THOUSANDS of dollars in prizes to win.
