Cooking with Aunt Nellie’s is no gamble, and we’ve loaded the dice to prove it!

We are calling on all of you to roll the dice and submit your favorite recipe using Aunt Nellie’s Diced Pickled Beets, available in a 16 oz jar and individual serving cups.

The rules are simple: submit an original recipe in one of four categories using at least 8 ounces of Aunt Nellie’s Diced Pickled Beets. Those categories include breakfast/brunch; side dishes (dips, apps, sides), main dishes, and desserts.

Each recipe can contain no more than 6 ingredients (you know, like the six sides of a die.)​ Salt, pepper, water and Aunt Nellie’s Diced Pickled Beets don’t count.

You can enter more than one recipe, but each can only be entered once.

All eligible entries will be judged by a panel of agency representatives based on the following criteria:
– taste (50%),
– appropriate use of Aunt Nellie’s products (35%)
– and originality/creativity (15%).

Winners will be notified by July 31, 2023.
