Judging – May 13-14, 2022
Do you make wine for fun or as part of a hobby?
Then enter your best bottles in the State Fair Amateur Vintner’s Competition!
This contest includes over 20 classes for Dry, Semi-Sweet, and Sweet Wines plus special classes for Novelty, Sparkling and Fortified Wines.
Judging
– Judging is based upon a 20 point maximum scoring system.
– 1st Place Blue Ribbons, 2nd Place Red Ribbons and 3rd Place White Ribbons will be awarded.
– All 1st Place Blue Ribbon winners will advance to the Best of Category competition
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $10.00
When dropping off entries, each bottle should have an entry form label affixed to it with a rubber band. Labels will be emailed a few days after online entries close but no later than Tuesday, April 19, 2022.
