The Rotary Club of Bullhead City is planning the 7th Annual Slab-O-Rama Barbeque Challenge
Contestants will enter up to 8 different categories for the chance to win both the title and prize money.
There is something for everyone including a Winter Beer Garden, Big Boys Toys, Vendors, Live Music, Line Dancing, Bloody Mary Bar, Public Tasting, Entertainment and Amusements.
The Slab-O-Rama Barbeque Challenge will cover the following 8 categories over two days:
– Desserts
– Appetizers
– Sausage
– Cook’s Choice
– Pork*
– Brisket*
– Chicken*
– Ribs*
*KCBS Sanctioned Rules Apply
Entry Fees
For the KCBS Categories of Chicken, Ribs, Pork and Brisket.
Per Entry Fee – $275.00 (Now Thru December 31, 2021)
Per Entry Fee – $300.00 (Starting January 1, 2022)
Per Entry Fee – $25.00 )For Categories the of Desserts, Appetizers, Sausage and Cook’s Choice)
Guaranteed $16,000.00 Total Prize Fund
