Competition – July 8-9, 2022
Registration fee includes up to four (4) festival buttons. The competition will be held outside the festival gates in 2022 with direct access to the east festival gate.
Competition will be limited to 30 teams.
Scoring will be in two sections
– Anonymous professional chef/restaurateur judges will weigh in a 70% of total score
– Peoples token votes will be 30% of total score
Meats – Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Pork Ribs & Chicken
Registration deadline is midnight, Friday, July 1. After this deadline, registration fees will all go up $25 for all categories.
