The California Milk Advisory Board is seeking America’s best professional chefs and most promising culinary students to create innovative new pizzas in three categories: Plant-Forward Pizza, The REAL California Pizza and Cal-Mex Pizza.

Limit – One Entry per person per Pizza Category but the same Recipe can be submitted in each of the 3 Pizza Categories if appropriate.

Entry to Include:
– Pizza Name and a Photo of the Prepared and Baked Pizza Based on Your Recipe.
– Background and Inspiration – 300-word (maximum) essay describing personal/professional background and what inspired your pizza recipe.
– Recipe – specific ingredients including brands and varieties of Real California Cheeses, preparation, and cooking instructions.
