Week of February 7, 2022 – Round one of judging, overseen by the Fortnum & Mason Chefs.
Week of February 14, 2022 – 30-50 entries are then shared with each judge who will nominate their top three.
Week of February 21, 2022 – Round three of judging when the panel selects their top five to go through to the final.
Week of March 14, 2022 – Five finalists are invited to attend the live final.

The British pudding comes in all shapes and sizes and now the #PlatinumPudding competition is here to find a dessert dedicated to Her Majesty The Queen.
Fortnum & Mason has launched the nationwide competition to find a pudding to celebrate The Queen in her Platinum Jubilee year.
The winning pudding will be an important part of the celebrations marking Her Majesty’s 70 years as Monarch. And the creator of the winning pudding will be invited to be at the centre of the celebrations.
Applications are welcomed from UK residents aged 8 and over, and the recipes will be judged by an expert panel including Dame Mary Berry, Monica Galetti and Buckingham Palace Head Chef Mark Flanaghan.
Get cooking, and your creation could be a joyful and delicious part of the first ever Platinum Jubilee.
This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 8 and over, except for employees of F&M, members of the Royal Household and Government Offices and its staff or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.
Winner (1)
– The Platinum Pudding Competition trophy
– The winner’s pudding shall be featured widely in The Platinum Jubilee central bank holiday weekend event commemorating the Platinum Jubilee.
– The winner’s recipe shall be on display at the F&M Piccadilly store in June 2022 to mark the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
– If the pudding goes into production, the winner shall receive credit on the recipe and packaging of the product.
– A Platinum Jubilee Hamper with a retail value of £225.00.
– A F&M gift voucher valued at £500.00.
– Afternoon tea for two in the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon with a retail value of £140. 00.
Runners-Up (2) – Platinum Jubilee Hamper with a retail value of £225.00.
Prizes cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative.
