To enter the Contest, submit a recipe using ¼ cup or more of precooked wild rice per serving and one or more of the Minnesota Cultivated Wild Rice Council’s Minnesota State Fair sponsor products.

Recipes will be judged on: taste, ease of preparation, use of wild rice/sponsor products, and creativity. Preference will be given to recipes utilizing multiple sponsor products, gluten-free options, and those that are easily demonstrated (recipes requiring stove top/microwave cooking preparation or no heating). Up to 16 finalists will be selected.
