To enter Knorr’s Calling all Chefs recipe contest, participants are required to send their submissions on Knorr social channels (Instagram), by creating an original video introducing their unique recipe with Knorr and explaining the steps to prepare their recipe.

The recipes submitted are required to yield four servings at $4.00 or less per serving, including Knorr product(s), a protein and vegetable.

Knorr’s culinary team will judge recipes based on
– taste
– presentation
– creativity

Consumers are encouraged to submit recipes that capitalize on food trends and simplicity (10 ingredients or less), utilizing ingredients from Knorr’s Future 50 list. Four recipes will be chosen as winners and be awarded $10,000 each.
