Competition Dates – October 7-8, 2022
Cook sites will be assigned on a first come basis (20’x30’).
No cooking or seasoning meat before inspection.
Contestants must enter all categories to qualify for Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.
Timeline
Set up – 7:00AM to 10:00AM Saturday.
Set up – Also available on Friday from Noon to 7:00 p.m. Early arrivals by appointment.
Chef’s Meeting – 10:00AM at Friendship Place
Turn-In – 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after Official time. (No exceptions)
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $30.00 (1st Entry)
Per Entry Fee – $25.00 (2nd Entry)
Per Entry Fee – $20.00 (3rd Entry)
Per Entry Fee – $15.00 (4th Entry)
Cash and Prizes – 1st Place – 5th Place
