If you think you do, enter this Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) sanctioned competition and see how you stack up against competitors from around the country.
Teams will compete in both professional and amateur divisions, prizes for the top ten teams will be awarded in each of the following categories: BBQ Ribs, BBQ Pork, Beef Brisket, and Chicken.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $250.00 (Professional)
Per Entry Fee – $150.00 (Amateur)
Professional Payout
Grand Champion – $3,000.00 and Trophy
Reserve Grand Champion – $2,000.00 and Trophy
Prizes for each of the four categories
1st Place – $600.00 and Trophy
2nd Place – $500.00 and Trophy
3rd Place – $400.00 and Trophy
4th Place – $300.00 and Trophy
5th Place – $250.00 and Trophy
6th Place – $200.00 and Ribbon
7th Place – $175.00 and Ribbon
8th Place – $150.00 and Ribbon
9th Place – $125.00 and Ribbon
10th Place – $100.00 and Ribbon
Amateur Payout
