We know the last year has been extra tough, and with that in mind – we want to learn all about the ways our community practices self-care! You may be asking yourself: what is self-care? It’s just what it sounds like: doing something to improve your mental, social, emotional, spiritual, or physical health.

Here are some examples of self care:
– Finding ways to get enough sleep
– Making an effort to eat healthy and regularly
– Getting enough physical activity
– Setting aside time for relaxation, like reading or meditating or taking a walk
– Organizing your home or workspace
– Creating safe ways to interact with friends and family online/outside
– Starting a bullet journal or organizer to write down your feelings
