Use at least ¼ Fresh California Avocado per serving
California Avocado must be the hero of the recipe, meaning its use is clearly showcased in the recipe, and does not only serve as a sauce or topping
Standard serving size of four (4) servings
Cook time and prep time must be included
Use readily available ingredients
Complete ingredients list and instructions
Be totally original and owned by recipe submitter
Include an original photo owned by recipe submitter
Recipe has not been previously published or appear anywhere else
Recipe does not include brand names in ingredient list (OK to reference a specific variety of an ingredient)
Recipe does not contain any third party copyrighted or proprietary material or otherwise infringe on the intellectual, property or other rights of a third party
Recipe cannot contain the image of any person or any trademarked, brand name or logo
Recipe will be reviewed, approved or declined as submitted
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:
$400.00 gift card that may be used towards a dinner of the winner’s choice; and a prize pack including California Avocado merchandise (Approximate Retail Value: $125.00)
Three (3) Runners-Up will receive:
A prize pack featuring California Avocado merchandise (Approximate Retail Value: $125.00).
