Do you love heart-healthy cooking and getting creative in the kitchen?
Enter the American Heart Association Idaho Division’s #BringOnTheBarley 2.0 healthy salad recipe contest with the Idaho Barley Commission by Friday, December 10th. Reimagine your favorite salad with barley or come up with an entirely new one.
Email your recipe, the ingredient list and a photo of the final product along with your contact info to laura.western@heart.org. The grand prize winner will take home a gift basket filled with barley and AHA goodies!

The grand prize winner will receive a gift basket filled with goodies from the Idaho Barley Commission and the American Heart Association (valued at $150), and their recipe will be served at the Idaho Go Red for Women Luncheon on February 28, 2022.
