We’ve seen some pretty incredible chili recipes throughout the years of the Cook-Off. At this year’s event, we’re going to send the Grand Champion Chili to the 2020 World Food Championships.
Sertoma Chili Cook-Off is an annual fundraising event founded by the Springfield Area Sertoma Clubs.
The event began in 1981, and has become one of the biggest parties of the year in Springfield.
Chili Cook-Off features dozens of area businesses serving a wide variety of chili recipes that attendees are able to sample and enjoy, as well as voting for their favorite booth.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee – $225.00 (8″ x 10″ Booth) not thru January 23, 2020
Per Entry Fee – $275.00 (8″ x 10″ Booth) January 24, 2020 thru February 22, 2020
Grand Champion – Will be able to compete in the Chili category at World Food Championships, with the top spot of that category earning $10,000.00
1st Place – Will go on to compete in the overall category, with the top prize of $100,000.00
