General Information
This event is held on the apron of the majestic grandstands of historic Santa Anita Park. In addition to sampling champion chili, the thoroughbred horses will race approximately every half hour. A great beer selection will also be available for purchase!

COMPETITION ENTRY:
You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer.
ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).
Contestants may prepare FOUR gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) to waive entry fee in ONE category.
Contestants may prepare SIX gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC) to waive entry fee in ALL categories.
