HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Entry Form: Complete the official entry form (“Entry Form”) in its entirety, including your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address.

2. Essay: Then, in the field provided, in fifty (50) words or less, describe how you would use $2,500 to make new memories with your family, do something positive in the community, fix something up on your house or any other way in which you and your family would use $2,500 (the “Essay”).

3. Photo: Then, in the field provided, upload a photograph (the “Photo”) showcasing how you incorporate Grandma’s brand products into your family’s life (Photo must include at least one (1) or more of the following products: Grandma’s brand Cole Slow, Macaroni Salad, Mustard Potato Salad, Potato Salad with Egg, Italian Style Pasta Salad, Rotini Parmesano, Sour Cream Macaroni & Cheddar Salad, and/or Zesty Bowtie Pasta Salad). Product may be shown served on plates, platters, bowls or other serve ware / tableware, however the Grandma’s brand packaging must also be visible in the Photo. Photos must consist of a file size of 5mb or less and must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format to be considered eligible.
