*Motor Row has requested that entries be dropped off 10/17 if at all possible.
Entry bottles accepted at drop-off locations from Saturday, October 12, 2019 10:00 AM, CDT through Thursday, October 17, 2019 5:30 PM, CDT.
Please pay attention to the notes provided for each drop-off location. There could be earlier deadlines for some drop-off locations listed, particular hours when entries are accepted, certain individuals to leave your entries with, etc. All entrants are responsible for reading the information provided by the organizers for each drop-off location.
AWARDS:
Places will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each judging table.
Special categories (Spooky, Smashed Pumpkin, or Witches) will only have a single first place and award for each respective category. The 1st place entry in each category (except Spooky, Smashed Pumpkin, or Witches) will advance to the Best of Show (BOS) round with a single, overall Best of Show beer selected.
Meads and Ciders will have their own Best of Show (BOS) round. Score sheets and awards will NOT be available for pick up after the judging concludes.
Unfortunately, due to venue time constraints, priority will be given to judging and time won’t be available to hand out prizes OR scoresheets.
Entrants that place will have awards and score sheets mailed back. Entrants that don’t place will be emailed PDF’s of their scoresheets. Results will be posted to the competition web site generally within 24hrs of the competition conclusion.
