Entry Deadline:
The Slab-O-Rama Barbeque Challenge is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bullhead City, a non-profit organization. All proceeds raised from this event will be put back into the community through various projects that the Rotary Club is involved.
This contest offers eight (8) categories. KCBS-sanctioned categories – chicken-ribs-pork-brisket.
Entry fees for these four (4) categories is $250.00 for all registrations received on/before December 31, 2018.
Entry fee for registration received after January 1, 2019 is $300.00.
On Friday night, two (2) additional non-sanctioned categories, Appetizers and Desserts, will be offered for competition.
On Saturday, after the four (4) KCBS-sanctioned categories, two (2) additional non-sanctioned categories will be offered – sausage and cook’s choice. Fee to enter any of the non-sanctioned categories is an additional $25.00 per category.
