Event Dates – July 25 – 27, 2019
Manitoba’s Only KCBS Master Series Barbecue Competition.
To be eligible for the Master (Pro) Series Grand Champion of Reserve Grand Champion you must cook all four meats (Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Butt, and Beef Brisket).
Rules are designed to be fair and equal to all cookers. Integrity of the Contestants, Judges, KCBS Contest Representatives, and Organizers is essential.
KCBS sanctioning allows for blind judging only.
Entries will be submitted in an approved KCBS numbered container provided by the contest organizer.
The container may be re-numbered by the KCBS Contest Rep or authorized personnel before being presented to the judges.
Entry Fees
Per Team Entry Fee – $225.00 (Early Bird thru July 1, 2019)
Per Team Entry Fee – $275.00 (July 2, 2019 – July 25, 2019)
