*Entries may be dropped off at GRiST’s monthly meeting at the VFW only on October 9, 2019, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Entries may not be dropped off at this location at any other time.
Entry bottles accepted at drop-off locations from Wednesday, September 25, 2019 9:00 AM, EDT through Wednesday, October 9, 2019 9:00 PM, EDT.
Please pay attention to the notes provided for each drop-off location. There could be earlier deadlines for some drop-off locations listed, particular hours when entries are accepted, certain individuals to leave your entries with, etc. All entrants are responsible for reading the information provided by the organizers for each drop-off location.
AWARDS:
Awards will be given to Best of Show, Best Oktoberfest Bier (selected from beers entered in categories 4B (Festbier) and 6A (Märzen)), and the John Lyon Award (the best beer brewed by a veteran, an active duty service member, or a dependent of a veteran or active duty service member).
Awards will also be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each table.
Additional prizes may be awarded to those winners present at the awards ceremony at the discretion of the competition organizers.
Awards, prizes, and scoresheets will be available for pick up at the awards ceremony. Awards and scoresheets not picked up will be mailed back to participants. Prizes will not be mailed.
