2019 National Western BBQ Throwdown – Chili Cook-Off

General Information

Teams are required to provide their own supplies & cooking instruments to create at least 2 gallons of chili. Chili can be prepared on or offsite, but needs to be at assigned competitor position by 11:00am. A total of Ten (10) teams spots are available.

Entry Fees

Entry Fee – $35.00
Prizes / Awards / Medals / Ribbons
The Grand Champion will be selected by People’s Choice, and the prize will be the sum of all team entries (up to $350).
