2019 Chef’s Roll – Unlock The Secrets of European Butter Contest (Professionals)

General Information

The contest, open to US-based chefs, will have 3 categories in which to enter: SAVORY, PASTRY, and BAKERY. A grand prize winner in each category will get flown to San Diego to participate in the Anti-Convention 2020. Additionally, there will also be online voting, in which the most popular dish entries judged by the community will win the People’s Choice Prize.

Once you’ve created your unique take on a savory French butter dish, pastry, or bakery item– snap a high-quality photo and submit your dish and the description online. Then, don’t forget to share it on a public Instagram account with the hashtag #SecretsOfButterContest.

HERE’S HOW TO COMPETE:
1. Create your unique take on a classic French dish featuring Butter of Europe.
2. Submit your dish online by September 15th.
3. The 6 finalists will be announced September 27th.
4. The 3 Grand Prize Winners and 5 People’s Choice Winner will be announced October 4th!

Prizes / Awards / Medals / Ribbons
