The Eggfest isn’t about cooking eggs — it’s about cooking on Big Green Eggs! Get a team together and plan a creative dish you would like to cook over charcoal and serve to the judges (it could even be eggs, if you wanted)! You will also need to provide at least 600 one-half to one ounce samples for attendees, who will vote for a People’s Choice winner. You must supply the ingredients; the festival will provide Big Green Eggs and charcoal.
If you want a real adventure, sign up for the Mystery Meat Challenge, and on the day of the competition you will be supplied with the mystery meat (only) and must transform it into something tasty.

Eligibility – The competition is open to all, but you must be able to attend and prepare the specified amount of food at your own expense. It’s expected that you will be competing with a team.
