The Gilroy Garli-que BBQ Challenge is a fully-sanctioned Kansas City Barbecue Society 4-meat barbecue competition which takes place within the hugely popular 40th annual Gilroy Garlic Festival. There will be an optional 5th entry of “Anything Goes with Garlic” as well as People’s Choice category.
$300.00-$375.00 depending on space size
$7,500 guaranteed total prize purse plus trophies for champions and each paid category (1st – 5th). Paid categories include all 4 meats, optional 5th “Anything Goes With Garlic”, and People’s Choice.
