Indiana Brewers Union and Centerpoint Brewing Company are proud to announce the 1st Annual Indy Brew Battle, to be held Saturday September 29th at Centerpoint Brewing Company. The event benefits the Hoosier Veteran Assistance Foundation and 100% of all money raised will be donated.

The competition is open to members from the 4 largest homebrew clubs of Indianapolis: Indiana Brewers Union (IBU), M.O.N.K, Circle City Zymurgy (CCZ), & Foam Blowers of Indiana (FBI).

This year’s competition will feature Stouts, and is open to any interpretation of that style falling under the BJCP guidelines.15B, 15C, 16A, 16B, 16C, 16D, 20B. The beers will be judged by a panel of BJCP judges. Beers may be all grain, extract, or both. No barrel aging, cellared beers, or 20C Imperial Stouts.
