There are four categories to test your BBQ skills. Judging will begin at noon on Sunday July 2nd.

All KCBS rules and regulations will be followed. All meat must be cooked with wood or charcoal on site. Limit one entry per category. By registering for this event you agree to to abide by the rules and regulations of the Kansas City Barbeque Society and waiver of liability. Only one vehicle per entry will be allowed within the contestant parking area. No electricity for RV’s will be provided but there will be electricity for cooking if needed.
