About Us – Our passion for making distilled spirits dates back to the 18th century. Our forefathers set the foundation for Kalifornia Distilleries without even realizing it.
Our Irish Roots – Originating in County Cork, Ireland and then on to the East Coast in the late 1700’s and slowly moving toward California, our family has influenced many people spanning across time and the United States map with their spirits.
Generation-To-Generation – With each generation teaching the next, we’ve been able to preserve historical family recipes, and are excited to finally share them with you.
