Imperial Spirits is the brainchild of Tom Kinder and Ed Masi. We set off in 2017 to fulfill our passion to create truly premium beverage brands. We are located in El Centro, California in the heart of Imperial Valley’s Agricultural region. All ingredients are sourced locally, with the exception of our proprietary blend of yeast strains and juniper berries (hand picked from Tom’s family ranch in Pine Valley, CA).
Our vodka and gin brands are created and distilled from the juice of fermented watermelons. Many brands are purchased in bulk from industrial size distillers and put through processes like filtering or flavor infusion. This gives the perception that the name on the bottle is who actually made the product. In the name of sustainability we use only the sweetest watermelons at the peak of ripeness that may not make the journey to your grocer’s shelf.
