Started in 2014 by friends Brian Chiara and Josh Garcia, Last Call Brewing Company evolved from the expanding passion of home-brewing to a small warehouse brewery on the outskirts of Oakdale. Our taproom started as a 500 square foot portion of the warehouse where Last Call beers are still brewed today. Since then, the taproom has moved into a larger downtown Oakdale location providing a more focused atmosphere for our community to relax and enjoy a beer.

The brewery is still located in its original location. A 1500 square foot production facility on the edge of Oakdale that houses our 10 BBL brewhouse, with six 10 BBL fermenters. We enjoy brewing all styles from classic to experimental, but our first love is with hops. While we definitely enjoy brewing hoppy beers, we also produce a variety of light, dark, fruited, and sour beers. Each of our beers is diligently brewed to deliver the unique tastes and uncompromising flavors expected of truly independent craft brewing.
