Dripping Springs Distilling

A Little About Us – Dripping Springs Distilling was formed in 2018 when San Luis Spirits, home of Dripping Springs Vodka and Gin and 1876 Vodka and Bourbon, acquired Paula’s Texas Spirits, Republic Whiskey and Tequila, Martine Honeysuckle Liqueur, Pepe Zevada Z Tequila, and Republic Spirit Blends.

Handcrafted without compromise, Dripping Springs Vodka is micro-distilled 20 times in copper pot stills in small 50-gallon batches. It is then mixed with pure, mineral-rich artesian spring water from the Texas Hill Country before a final clarifying, slow filtration through Swedish activated charcoal. Dripping Springs Vodka is lush and balanced with a smooth finish.

Dripping Springs Artisan Gin and Dripping Springs Traditional Gin are made in small 40-gallon batches. Each batch is designed to capture the essence of our botanical mix with an optimal 40% Distiller’s cut, then finished with pure, mineral-rich Hill Country Artesian Spring Water.
