Limit one (1) entry per person/social media account. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on the following criteria in all rounds of judging, with equal weight given to each:
 – i. overall quality, creativity, and originality of Entry
 – ii. how well the Entry illustrates the Halo Top 10th Birthday Party Hat theme
 – iii. appropriateness of the Entry to be used in connection with the Halo Top brand
