Front and center will once again be Smoke’s Poutinerie’s legendary Poutine: heaps of crispy golden fries layered with squeaky-fresh cheese curds and smothered in rich, savory gravy. The world’s greatest eaters will have just 10 minutes to conquer as much as they can, transforming one of Canada’s favorite dishes into one of the sport’s most delicious battlegrounds. Fries will fly, records will be threatened, and every bite will matter.
