Is your beer tart, funky, or just a little wild? So is ours. For eight years, the Société du Lambic has celebrated the Belgian tradition of lambic and the broader world of wild and sour fermentation. Now in its 8th year, our competition is open to all amateur homebrewers who want to showcase beers that push the boundaries of fermentation.
