–Check In will be upon arrival on Friday.
–Team Meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
–This event is the State Championship and is an IBCA Sanctioned Event.
–Meat Turn In
½ Chicken – Noon Saturday
Pork Spare Ribs – 1:30 p.m. Saturday
Brisket – 3:00 p.m. Saturday
–Jackpot Turn In
Cooks Choice – 7:30 p.m. Friday
Margarita – 8:30 p.m. Friday
Bloody Mary – 9:00 a.m. Saturday
*Drink turn in location will be by the rodeo arena, in a designated area different from the food turn in location.*
–Special Jackpot Turn In
Secret Cuts – 10:00 a.m. Saturday
*FCAGT will provide every participant with a surprise meat to be revealed Friday night at the cook team meeting and to be turned in Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m.
You MUST sign up and pay for this jackpot at least a week prior to the cook off.*
