2026 First State BBQ Bash

Backyard – Two meat categories: Ribs & Chicken

Delaware’s State Championship. One Weekend, One Title.

The First State BBQ Bash is a KCBS-sanctioned Master Series competition crowning the official Delaware State Champion, with a Backyard Division open to weekend warriors and the SBN ancillary showcase for additional categories and prize money.

Friday is load-in and check-in at the Milford Moose Family Center Lodge 2316. Saturday brings turn-ins, awards, live music, and the crowning of the Delaware State Champion. Cash prizes, qualifier points, and the title are all up for grabs.

Master Series teams cook the four KCBS categories (Chicken, Ribs, Pork, Brisket) with the Delaware State Championship title on the line. Backyard Division features Ribs and Chicken — a perfect entry point for newer teams. SBN add-on opens ancillary categories for extra payouts.
