The Dixie Cup is one of the nation’s oldest homebrewing competitions and is noted for its great mix of irreverent fun and its seriousness about beer.
Only 2 entries per medal category and 1 entry per sub-category.
Entry cap is 4 entries per contestant till June 14th when the cap will be raised to 8 entries.
There will also be a competition cap of 300.

Per Entry Fee – $10.00
Individual medals will be awarded to the first, second, and third place winner of each category. The judges have sole responsibility for determining if all of the medals in a particular category should be awarded, or if there are ties for a particular medal.
Best of Show Awards
Best of Show for Beer/Mead/Cider will be awarded from the judging of all of the first place winners of each category except for the Dixie Cup Special Category
Mike Templeton Award
This award, presented in memory of one of the original Foam Rangers, is given to the individual brewer who accumulates the most points at the Dixie Cup, awarded as follows:
First Place in each category – 3 points
Second Place in each category – 2 points
Third Place in each category – 1 point
