General Information
To be eligible, an entrant must be a resident of a city where Velvet Taco is located.
On or about August 8th, 2025, all recipes will be judged by a qualified panel of judges designated by Velvet Taco.
Judging Criteria
50% based on the Appeal of the Recipe,
50% based on Originality of recipe.
In the event of a tie, the person among the tied Entrants with the highest score in Appeal of the Recipe will be a Finalist.
Grand Prize (1) – $250 Velvet Taco eGift card
One-on-one time with Velvet Taco’s Director of Culinary Innovation to work on the WTF recipe.
A featured spot on our WTF menu during the week of National Taco Day, Oct. 1st – Oct. 7th, 2025.
