Competition – September 5-6, 2025
This is a State Championship.
This is a New Contest.
Limited to 25 Cookers.
Categories
CHICKEN: Chicken includes Cornish Game Hen and Kosher Chicken.
PORK RIBS: Ribs shall include the bone. Country style ribs are prohibited.
PORK: Pork is defined as Boston Butt, Boston Roast, Picnic, Collar (aka Cellar) and/or Whole Shoulder.
BEEF BRISKET: May be whole brisket, flat, or point.
Kidz Que
Beef Patty and or Chicken- Must enter both, Chicken and Beef to be eligible for Grand Champion.
Entry Fees
Per Entry Fee -$300.00 (Team)
Per Entry Fee -$30.00 (Kidz Que)
Per Entry Fee -FREE (Anything Butt Savory)
Per Entry Fee -FREE (Anything Butt Sweet)
Prize money will be awarded in the four standard KCBS categories; Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork & Beef Brisket, as well as Anything Butt and Anything Butt Dessert.
Awards will include Grand Champion, and Reserve Grand Champion.
